How do you ship your products?
I use a method called dropshipping, where a third party supplier prepares and ships all the products I've designed. Because of this, shipping time may vary among different countries.
How does payment work?
You may use Stripe (credit or debit cards) or Paypal!
My product came with a defect.
If this occurs, please get in contact with me immediately. Since I work with dropshipping, I don't handle shipping directly— but I can get in contact with my supplier to exchange your order as soon as possible.
